People from all over the world will be celebrating Earth Day this Saturday, April 22nd, and Tinicum Township is no exception. Organized by Tinicum Township's Environmental Advisory Committee, they'll have live music, activities for all ages, educational information, and free raffle prizes. A variety of local businesses will be there to promote environmental causes and practices, including a solar company, an organic farmer, a beekeeper, an eco-tourism company, a native plant nursery & more, plus the Tinicum Conservancy will be on hand to answer any questions you might have about protecting your own little corner of the planet.
